1999 Grand Millésime Brut          750x6                    $95.16 Per Bottle

94 Points, Top 100, Wine Enthusiast 2006

“An attractively perfumed wine, with white flowers, cut grass and thyme. To taste, it is soft, with the delicacy of Chardonnay giving an elegance to the intense green, crisp flavors. This should be a long-lived wine...at least 10 years.”

1998 Célébris Brut                    750x3                    $172.99 Per Bottle

93 Points - Wine & Sprits, December 2007

“A sheer, effortless Champagne. The effervescence of this wine lifts the flavor and heightens the freshness, all in a rich harmony. It's vinous, with oak structuring the fruit but not adding to the taste, which remains as bright as a bite of pear on a cool autumn day. Minerally and dry, this is delicious now as a tangy young wine; it has the tension to carry it through full maturity in the cellar.”

DOMAINE CARNEROS Brut Carneros 2005       750x12           $32.00  Per Bottle

92 Points – Wine Spectator Online, Sept 8, 2008

“Beautifully focused and refined, with Gala apple and raspberry aromas and flavors that are crisp yet layered, with creamy lemon and lime notes and a finish that lingers with mineral and a hint of yeast. Drink now through 2012.”

Vintage dated each year, the Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvée represents the best of Carneros pinot noir and chardonnay made into a classic sparkling wine. The appellation is 100% Carneros. The Brut was aged in the bottle for three years before release.  It will continue to develop further depth and complexity as it ages.

The vast majority of sparkling wine and champagne in the world is made in the Brut style. Brut refers to the dryness or level of sugar of the wine. The sugar content of a Brut-style sparkling wine is 0-15 grams per liter.

Although Brut refers to the dryness of the wine, Brut-style sparkling wine and champagne is also traditionally a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir
